Buffalo C.A.R.E.S is a foster-based animal rescue based in Tonawanda NY. Our animals reside in homes with their foster parents while waiting to find their forever homes. While we do not have a brick-and-mortar location, we can always make arrangements for donations.

The donations we receive go directly into the rescue to help us build and manage our animals and their needs. We are 100% volunteer driven. Your money helps us to provide vetting - from vaccines to life saving treatments and surgeries, food, supplies, training, and more!

What We Do
A group of people have come together, in honor of their beloved pets, to save the lives of animals that have been abused, neglected or forgotten.
We provide safe foster homes with all the necessary veterinary care, training, socialization and support to develop a well balanced family companion.
Through a screened adoption process, the companion animals will be placed in the most compatible permanency home.
We also serve our community and pet owners as a resource, providing education and information and the importance of spaying, neutering and microchipping your pets.
